1. When will my parcel arrive ?

We dispatch from the UK within 48 hours if the item is in stock. Our standard postage is Royal Mail First Class, and orders often arrive the day after dispatch, however it could be 2-3 days, as first class is not guaranteed. It may be possible to have ' Special Next Day Delivery' , please enquire if you need this service - email
2. How do I know if an item is in stock ?

Generally, if you can put it in your basket, it is in stock. There are occasional exceptions to this - in particular special orders & products that specifically state an alternative delivery time.  If there is any problem with an order, we will let you know within 24 hours, usually within a few hours. Please call or email if urgent.
3. What happens if the dress I ordered doesn't fit and I want to exchange for another size ?

You can return the dress to us within 14 days - please enclose a copy of the invoice, and a note to say which size you would like to exchange to, and we will dispatch the new dress to you with free postage.  Please note we cannot accept returns after 14 days.
3. How much does post and packaging cost in the UK ?

For first class it cost £3.25, Next Day Delivery (if possible) is £7.95
4. Do you ship overseas ?

Yes, for Europe we charge £9.95 and world wide £15.95
5. Do you have a shop ?

No, we are an online retailer but we can do fittings for Holy Communion Dresses for customers who are local to us in West Byfleet, Surrey. We hold open  days every year in February, please check back in January for our next date or call us to make an appointment 01932 943000 or email
6. I would like the measurements of a dress - is that possible ?

Of course, many of our dresses have the measurements at the bottom of the product page,  but if not, please call us on 01932 943000 or email and we will be happy to measure the dress for you.
7. I would like to order a dress but it says it is out of stock - Can you order it in for me ?

Very often, yes!  Call us on 01932 943000 or email and if we can, we will order one in for you. These usually arrive in approx 10-20 days.
8. I need a dress urgently, what can I do ?

Please call us on 01932 943000 or email and we can advise further on delivery times.
9. I would like to return an item as it is not suitable, how do I do it ?

You can return an item within 14 days & we will give you a full refund on the item, as long as it is in the same condition , unworn, unwashed, etc.  
Pop it back in the purple bag it arrived in , enclose a copy of the invoice within the parcel with a note on for the reason for the return and take it along to your local post office. We strongly suggest sending it recorded delivery as we cannot take responsibilty for items in transit.

11. Your website gives measurements of 'length' of the dress, what does that mean?
Our length measurements are from the shoulder to the hem of the dress. When measuring your child go from the top of her shoulder and go down until you get to the length on our website, that will show you where the hem should end.
